The registration fee for the workshop is JPY 50,000.
The registration fee includes, access to conference room, coffee breaks, snacks, waters in the conference room, at the Hotel Mahoroba during workshop period.
The accomodation fee for the workshop is JPY 30,000.
Accommodation at the Hotel Mahoroba (checkin: 14th/Dec, checkout: 17th/Dec) will be arranged by the workshop organizers. A single room will be prepared for 3 nights during workshop. The buffet style breakfasts and dinners will be provided and included in the accommodation fee. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, toilet, and washbasin. If you want to stay in advance or extend you stay after the workshop at the Hotel Mahoroba, standard room rate will be applied and please make reservation by yourself in advance.
Receipts for the conference registration fee (JPY 50,000) and the hotel accommodation fee (JPY 30,000) will be issued separately by the Organizing committee.
The registration deadline is 30th, September.
Cancellation will be accepted until 7th of October. After 10th of October, no change of accommodations (number of days, persons in the room), will be available.
For accompanying persons who do not participate in the workshop, the standard room rate will also apply. Please arrange their accommodation directly with the hotel in advance. Please note that accommodation should not be booked through the workshop registration site.
