The registration fee for the workshop is JPY 70,000.
The registration fee includes, access to conference room, coffee breaks, snacks, waters in the conference room, buffet style breakfasts and dinners at the Hotel Mahoroba during workshop period.
Accommodation will be arranged by the workshop organizers at the Hotel Mahoroba.
A single room will be available at JPY 30,000/person for 3 nights during workshop. Basically, single use of the room is planned for each participant, however, if multiple use in one room is preferred, it is also available. The nightly charge will be slightly different depending on the number of persons in a room (up to 4 persons in one room, but not much different from single use). For accompanied person, we ask JPY 30,000/person during workshop. If you want to stay in advance or extend you stay after the workshop at the Hotel Mahoroba, standard room rate will be applied and please make reservation by yourself well in advance.
Lunch arrangements are currently under preparation and will be announced later.
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform the organizers in advance through the registration form. Payment details and the registration deadline will be announced soon. Cancellation will be accepted until 1st of October. After 10th of October, no change of accommodations (number of days, persons in the room, will be available.
