The workshop will be held at Hotel Mahoroba, located in the center of Noboribetsu Onsen, Hokkaido, Japan. For international participants, the most convenient gateway is New Chitose Airport (CTS), which offers frequent domestic connections from Tokyo, Osaka, and other major cities.

From New Chitose Airport, Noboribetsu Onsen can be reached by express bus or by JR train via Minami-Chitose Station to Noboribetsu Station. From JR Noboribetsu Station, it takes about 15 minutes by local bus or taxi to the onsen area and Hotel Mahoroba. Direct travel by car from New Chitose Airport takes approximately 70 minutes.

Participants are advised to check the latest transportation schedules before departure, especially in winter season.
